Grafton Capital’s portfolio company, MPP Global, has been acquired by Aptitude Software, the listed finance and automation software firm.
Grafton Capital had invested in MPP Global in 2017. MPP Global’s subscription management platform, eSuite, converts and retains paid users for its clients, and is unique in its integration of identity management and automated subscription billing.

This sale is Grafton Capital’s third exit of 2021, following the disposals of Alva Reputation and SportPursuit, earlier in the year.
