The business grew under Ed’s leadership as non-executive Chairman and when it was sold to Rightmove in February 2024, Ed remained the largest shareholder.
Grafton Capital provided growth support, investing from its own balance sheet and helping to prepare the business for sale. Ed’s seed investment in HomeViews returned over 20x, evidencing his entrepreneurial approach and insight around developing high-potential ventures.
